7月26日在2024年首屆陵水酸粉行業技能競賽上拍攝的由參賽選手制作的陵水酸粉。近日,2024年首屆陵水酸粉行業技能競賽在海南陵水舉辦,吸引了不少商家和個人參賽。選手們圍繞陵水酸粉制作技藝展開現場比拼,傳承陵水酸粉技藝,促進陵水酸粉行業發展。陵水酸粉是海南陵水的特色小吃,于2009年入選海南省第三批省級非物質文化遺產名錄。[新華社記者 蒲曉旭 攝]
