國務院新聞辦公室13日發(fā)表了《中國堅持通過談判解決中國與菲律賓在南海的有關爭議》白皮書。全文如下：	The State Council Information Office of the People's Republic of China on Wednesday published a white paper titled "China Adheres to the Position of Settling Through Negotiation the Relevant Disputes Between China and the Philippines in the South China Sea".
