On Tuesday, the Shenzhen Business Environment Policy Briefing Session for Luohu was held at Shenrun Building in Luohu District. Around 80 enterprise representatives attended, and various municipal departments provided face-to-face detailed explanations of the latest business policies to enhance awareness.

Representatives from 13 organizations, including the Shenzhen Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, the Shenzhen Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau, and the Luohu District Tax Bureau, took turns presenting the latest policies in their respective fields. The briefing covered the entire policy chain from business establishment to operation, addressing 15 aspects such as starting a business, real estate ownership transfer, construction project approval, utility services, financial services, international trade, and intellectual property.

"Currently, for enterprise-related real estate registration, all business types except for initial registration of real estate can be handled city-wide. All ten real estate registration service halls in the city have set up 'enterprise windows' where no appointment or queue number is needed, and transactions can be completed within 30 minutes," according to the Shenzhen Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau. Their presentation covered policies on reducing costs and increasing efficiency for enterprises, supporting enterprise innovation, empowering government services with digital tools, and promptly responding to enterprise needs.

The Luohu branch of the Shenzhen Social Insurance Fund Management Bureau and the Shenzhen Human Resources and Social Security Bureau provided insights into how to efficiently handle social security business and how to find talent at lower costs, covering social security and human resource-related policies.

The Luohu District Tax Bureau not only detailed tax incentives and tax services policies to support small and medium-sized enterprises, key industries, and enterprise development but also introduced five channels for enterprises to conveniently access the latest policies, offering efficient and convenient tax services.
